Well we did a Vanguard site with 7 ships - 2x Domi, 2x Oneiros, Absolution, Damnation, Apoc and an Enyo. Every ship had armor buffer tank and RR on the BSs. My tank was never below 85-90% and we did fine, but we almost lost the other Domi while it was repped by the two logi and by the RR BSs. We used the Enyo for hacking at the Override Transfer Array site and he made it too (logis could rep him from distance). It might helped us that sometimes neutrals warped in to draw fire away and die :D. Luckily drones are totally useable, sansha rarely attack them and even then you can call them back before they pop.
i used this, you can change it but you should keep the low slots, the RR, the cap booster and use tracking computer or web/scram (sometimes they MWD to 40-50km away if you attack them)

Resists are 75 83 83 76. If someone still doesnt know these sansha NPCs do omni, tank omni and yeah, they web, scram, neut, tp, ecm, use mwd and snipe (on vanguard sites we only met sniping cruisers around 50km)
tl;dr use RR BS fleet if possible with command ship and logi support. also sometimes you will need a fast ship to do the mission objectives (slowboating for 100km+ just not cool)
